MAGAZINE FULFILLMENT

ClassClick's role is to forward subscription orders to the magazine publishers via its fulfillment company.  ClassClick is not in any manner involved in the editorial, creation, printing, fulfillment or mailing of the magazines as this is the role of the publisher.  If, for any reason whatsoever, ClassClick is unable to fulfill an order for a magazine subscription, its sole and total liability and obligation is limited to a refund for the actual money paid by its customer for the subscription.  In the event that a magazine ceases publication or the format changes from print to digital, it is the obligation of the magazine publisher to provide a refund or an alternative publication.  If a magazine subscription is canceled by the subscriber, the subscriber is entitled to a prorated refund of the issues remaining (unserved) in the subscription.

Your first issue of the magazine subscription should start arriving within three to eight weeks from the time we receive your order, depending on the amount of time the magazine publisher takes to process the order and send out the first issue of the magazine.  The first issue could arrive sooner as we send information to the magazine fulfillment companies on a frequent basis.  The publishing frequency of the magazine you ordered will also impact the start date.

In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or any error in pricing information received from third parties, ClassClick has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.  In the event that your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ClassClick will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

FUNDRAISING BY SCHOOLS

Funds are distributed to schools after the conclusion of the fundraising campaign.  The end date is established by the school administrator.  The school will receive a check from ClassClick for their portion of the sales.  The administrator can track the progress of the fundraising campaign during the time period established.
